Project Challenge

To develop a machine that will cut, form, glue and place decorative shapes on a web backer.

Rothgreaves solution

RothGreaves designed and manufactured an automated system that shaped and delivered for gluing a thin film form onto the web backing. The forms were cut from a web and shaped through a custom forming die. The backing was automatically advanced and the adhesive was automatically applied prior to placement of the formed shape.
