To automatically manufacture a low durometer polyurethane tube with a loop formed into the middle and hold very tight tolerances.

RothGreaves developed a Patented method to automatically load a unique tool that shapes the urethane tube into a loop and then, using heat, forms that loop as a permanent feature and unloads the finished part automatically.
